Please note, pre-registration for all classes is required.  You cannot simply show up for class without notice.  Registration MUST BE COMPLETED 24 hours before the start of class.  Thanks for your cooperation!

Skillz Class Registration

SKILLZ CLASS – This is a (1.0) hour, highly intensive group fundamentally focused class.  This class is geared to teach the Fundamentals of Basketball in a highly competitive environment through repetitive motions.  These are smaller group sessions with a minimum of (6) players and a maximum of (10) players with (1) Lead Skillz Trainer and assistants.  These classes will cover the following and much, much more:

Ø Ball handling (stationary, moving, feeding the post, attacking defenders and protecting when pressured).

Ø Passing (1-handed, 2-handed, feeding the post, protecting and angles).

Ø Pivoting (front, back and reverse).

Ø Footwork (straight leg L/R, cross-step L/R, squeak-step L/R, jab step and spins).

Ø Getting Open anywhere on the floor and Finishing Moves.

Ø Shooting (stationary eye training, off the dribble and coming off screens but also including free throw, floaters, mid-range and 3pt shooting techniques).

Ø Post Fundamentals (Footwork, offensive moves, counter moves and defending the post).

Ø Offensive and Defensive Fundamentals (How/when to score, moving without the ball, on-ball defense and help defense).

Ø Rebounding (offensive and defensive techniques).

These classes are available on Wednesdays and Sundays weekly (invitation only) and are open to ANY player.

The cost is $25.00 per session; OR $45.00 for (2) sessions ($5 savings); OR $65 for (3) sessions ($10 savings); OR $85.00 for (4) sessions ($15 savings).  Click on the following link to register:
